She then emails the appointment date & time so when I get home I can see if I have any conflicting appointments on that day and time. Atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. Mildly lighted and clean. Excellent PR. Furniture is very comfortable and relaxing. Amanda Miller is an excellent listener and very patient with me. Her setting the tone is of no rush or hurry. Good smile. Excellent communication. She even makes me smile.
