About Ashlei Kretz (She/Her)
Ashlei Kretz, LCSW Ashlei Kretz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2010. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work. Ashlei is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, which is an evidenced-based practice/best practice to help people struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and the symptoms associated with that. Ashlei is a Christian Woman who has gone through many life transitions and surprises. She loves helping others learn new positive coping skills and thought processes to live their best lives and shed anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms. Outside of work, Ashlei enjoys spending time with her husband and Formula 1 Racing. She loves living in a place where there is beauty all around her and enjoying time in nature.
