Audrey Wayman is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Rhode Island who has been practicing since 2019. She has a BA from Connecticut College and an MA from Boston College in Mental Health Counseling. Audrey believes that being vulnerable and seeking help takes strength. She strives to build genuine rapport with each of her clients and provide a safe, caring, and non-judging space for them to open up and feel heard. Audrey hopes to help her clients build more healthy thought patterns, gain insight, and navigate their mental health challenges one step at a time. For her, therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist – trusting the client’s instincts but also providing direction and focus when needed. Audrey sees self-care and self-kindness as vitally important. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys spending time in nature (walking, hiking, or camping with her partner and dog), reading, bullet-journaling, baking, watching movies, and rewatching Lord of The Rings on a nearly annual basis.
