Barbara utilizes an eclectic approach, combining person-centered (a belief that all people are inherently good), cognitive-behavioral (focusing on the thoughts-feelings connection) and other counseling philosophies to support individuals in finding their way. She is grateful to have the opportunity to work with adults from all walks of life in addressing their healing, transformation and growth.
