About Brooke Lowrey (She/Her)
Brooke Lowrey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked as a social worker since 2000 and has been a therapist since 2016. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana and Indiana University.
Brooke believes in using a person-centered strengths-based approach in meeting the diverse concerns of clients. Brooke has extensive training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Specialty areas include trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions.
In her spare time, Brooke enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with her dogs and children.
