Cecilia also takes into consideration a person’s history of trauma, cultural background and childhood experiences to lead individuals in gaining insight into their struggles.

In sessions, she incorporates CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Art, and Play activities and a multicultural approach and Christian approach when desired. Because each person is unique, she utilizes a variety of techniques depending on where the person is at, where they want to get to, and what they are looking for in sessions.
