Tinisha Cruz, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in MA with over 15 years of experience working across clinical, community, hospital, and court-involved settings. She is currently a third-year Psy.D. student at Rivier University in NH, where she is advancing her training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment across the lifespan.

Ms. Cruz works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, grief, trauma/PTSD, depression, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on comprehensive assessment, collaborative care, and meaningful treatment planning.

She has extensive experience supporting individuals and families involved with DCF, DYS, and court systems, providing assessments, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services. Currently at LifeStance, Ms. Cruz provides outpatient therapy across the lifespan and remains committed to evidence-based care, clinical excellence, and holistic support for the diverse populations she serves.
