Connor Novack, LCSW

Connor Novack is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received his Master’s in Social Work in 2018. For the past six years, he worked with young adults and youth in the Milwaukee area working towards a variety of goals related to overall well-being. Connor is particularly experienced in working with young adults who are making that transition from adolescence and high school into the adult world. Connor loves the therapeutic process, as it provides a safe space for anyone and everyone to explore all the ways someone can feel empowered in a challenging and unpredictable world. From the traumas of our past, to the challenges ahead, Connor sees why anyone can begin to question themselves, feel down, or become stressed. It is with that understanding, that he uses an integrative and humanistic approach that utilizes many different interventions to discover and reveal the light that you carry inside. Connor believes in a Trauma-Informed approach in understanding how the past may impact the way we interact with the world and using that lens to identify the solutions that will build on the strengths we already have. It is his goal to collaborate with every client he serves to develop individualized goals that will allow you to feel supported and make desired progress. Connor is honored and privileged to get to share a space with each person he works with. Connor enjoys listening and playing music, he dreamed of being a rockstar when he was young, but he was unable to get that record deal he hoped for. ???? Connor loves a relaxing walk in nature, snuggling with his cats while watching a favorite show or movie and cheering on his hometown teams like the Brewers, Bucks, and Packers with his wife. His favorite moments are seeing friends or family over a bonfire on a warm summer night.
