She has a special passion for offering healing to people who have experienced trauma. Desiring that clients feel empowered and capable after session, Crystal approaches therapy from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. She'll use talk therapy and experiential techniques as necessary. Modalities she uses include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Motivational Interviewing, along with other evidenced-based practices. Crystal has a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, is a Certified Addiction Counselor.
