Problems with stress can contribute to poor physical and mental health. Stress places a heavy burden on individuals, their families and friends, and the community at large. It is estimated that as many as 1 in 6 people, at any point in time, suffer from a diagnosed condition such as depression or anxiety. If you are struggling with depression or anxiety you are not alone and there is help. Please allow me to support you through this difficult time. My clients appreciate my non-judgmental approach and caring attitude. Through therapy, it is my hope to empower you to take charge of your life, improve your relationship, and obtain personal and professional success as well as gain peace of mind.

I specialize in treating various conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Addictions, Divorce, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Identity Development, Career Development, Loss and Grief. In addition, I also treat children and adolescents with developmental disorders, ADHD, Autism and Asperger’s. Furthermore, I have a rich background working with children, parents and families.

I earned my Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology, with an Individual, Child and Family Emphasis, from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist devoted to promoting psychological and emotional wellness through therapeutic intervention to multi-culturally diverse and underserved populations
