I have had psychiatric care my entire life for generalized anxiety disorder and OCD and I have to say that Lifestance has been such an easy experience with a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I love it! All of my visits so far have been Telehealth visits which makes obtaining care so easy! The visits are easy to access and I never have to wait long before my appointment starts. My doctor (Dr. D), is incredibly kind and really listens to what I have to say. It is clear that he truly cares for his patients! He is very knowledgeable about medications and quickly responsive to any questions I reach out with via the messaging service within the patient portal. I was able to set up auto pay for my bills which makes it easy to stay current with payments. Overall, I am very happy to have been referred to Lifestance and to be under Dr. D’s care. I have been a patient of psychiatry most of my life. As anyone knows it is often hard to find a practitioner with whom you get along. I am so fortunate and grateful to say that I stumbled across Dr. D as he is the best psychiatrist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He takes his time, really truly listens to what his patient has to say, and always ends the appointment by asking if there is anything the patient needs to share with him. He is the most earnest mental health clinician I’ve had the opportunity to know. I would recommend him to anyone as I am confident he gives everyone of his patients 100% of his Effort and care.

Dr. DeMercurio truly embodies the qualities one hopes for in a healthcare provider. He exudes compassion and kindness while demonstrating a genuine commitment to helping me thrive. Dr. DeMercurio is the best psychiatrist I’ve had in 20 years. I cannot remember the last time I had a psychiatrist who truly listens to their patient and works WITH them. He is empathetic, so calm and reassuring but also there for you. My daughter is also a patient at LifeStance and between our time there and each of our own experiences there, we have experienced exceptional care. I really want to thank Dr. D for not only helping me, but making me trust psychiatry again. It means the most to be and feel this healthy and know that LifeStance and Dr. DeMercurio helped me get there.

I have to say I have worked for the healthcare system and have met and worked with many doctors and acknowledge there great contributions to helping people but when it comes to your own health and care especially mental and emotional support I have to say Dr Robert Demercurio is tops in his field he is a very kind and understanding doctor who is wonderful with his patients I would put him up there with Top Doctor's in Detroit in his field. Lifestance health is top notch! Not only are my meds and counseling easily available through them... I've had two different clinicians since Ive been coming and both have been super easy to talk to understanding and able to convincingly act like they enjoy listening to me speak 🤣😂🤣 thanks Dr. Demarchurio! I would highly recommend them to anybody to telehealth visits are excellent as I am always busy 👌 keep up the good work guys!🤙
