Lizzie Woger is a child, adolescent, and parent/guardian therapist, oriented towards normalizing what it is like to be human – to have joy, to feel weary, and everything in between. She graduated from UW-Madison in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a certificate in Global Health, followed by a Master’s degree in Community Psychology at Alverno College with a certificate in Trauma-Informed Counseling in 2018.

The foundation of her practice is the art of relationship – with oneself, with fellow beings, and with the world around us. She offers a place for the exploration and integration of feelings and experiences through creativity, play, and attunement, allowing the chance for your child to share the way they best learn and grow. She sees clients living with ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, anxiety, sensory and emotion regulation challenges, and attachment challenges.
