Grace helps children, adolescents, and adults reach their full potential by empowering them to develop healthier coping skills, gain meaningful insight, and discover their authentic selves. She brings a range of experience, from serving children and families in therapeutic foster care to providing emergency crisis intervention to individuals of all ages. Her priority in therapy is creating a safe, non-judgmental space through active listening and empathy. Her sessions emphasize resiliency through a growth mindset. Focusing on mindfulness and building on clients’ strengths, Grace tailors her approach to each individual, employing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, play therapy, and/or psychodynamic therapy.
