About Jaimee Arndt (She/Her)

Jaimee Arndt, MBA, MS, LPC Jaimee is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from diverse backgrounds across various settings, including community mental health, schools and outpatient clinics. Her experience includes treating individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, adolescent issues, and peer and family conflicts. Jaimee’s therapeutic approaches include Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care and Mindfulness.

With Jaimee, treatment is individualized within these frameworks as she recognizes that each person’s needs, strengths and challenges are unique. Her deepest beliefs about therapy are that empowerment, change, growth and fulfillment come from insight and internal change within a safe and trusting relationship. Her approach is warm and empathetic as she works to guide her clients to acquire the tools and skills to realize their personal potential while looking at their life and choices in a different way.
