The 2 providers I see through Lifestance are amazing. Both have made me feel comfortable and are 100% committed to helping me with what I came to see them for, and respond quickly when I have questions. Two reasons I didn't give 5 stars: the app will not let me make or change appointments, not sure why but the scheduling feature through the online portal is only available to new patients. Also there is a requirement to fill out a questionnaire for every appointment, which for me is 4-5 questionnaires a month. I suppose I see why they do it but it does get very redundant. Other than those 2 small things, I am satisfied and would recommend!!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Kevin Jones. He spent an entire hour with me, helping me better understand my diagnoses and explained in great depth exactly how my medications interact with each other. I have been to 4 other Mental Health Doctors in the past and usually they would just try and put me on more meds to compensate for symptoms instead of trying to treat the root cause and they would only spend maybe 5 minutes with me before they are rushing me out the door. My first session went great and I look forward to working with Dr. Jones in the future.

i’ve never really been one to avoid seeing a doctor in any capacity, but I am taking the time to leave review because I found Dr. Jones to be extremely compassionate and actually seem to give a you know what about me and the actual medication I was on even though that really wasn’t his responsibility. I still need a PCP so I will definitely look into either his availability or the network/office that he works for.

Dr. Jones is a wonderful psychiatrist who truly cares about his patients. He answers questions in the portal in a timely manner, he explains things really well during our appointments, and he goes above and beyond for his patients. He even has offered longer appointment times while we are trying to figure out my son’s medications. My son really likes him and trusts him. We highly recommend him!

I had a wonderful experience at Lifestance. Knowledgeable, Kind, Educated, Caring, Courteous and Respectful are some of the words I would use to describe Kevin Jones. He let me know what my options were, and the various routes I could go in order to improve my mental health. He was very helpful. If anyone is looking for a psychiatrist, I would recommend Kevin Jones in a heartbeat.
