Substance Abuse Counselor–In Training who works with adults and received her Master’s in Social Work from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2016. She gained extensive experience while working in Residential and Inpatient programs at Rogers Behavioral Health for 8 years and worked at one of the few residential trauma programs in the country.

Lynsey specializes in using Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), along with other evidenced-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Schema Therapy to treat substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and stress management.
