About Mona Breitbeil (She/Her)
Mona Breitbeil is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a master’s degree in counseling from Xavier University. She has been in practice since 2011 and works with adults between the ages of 25-64. Mona has experience providing mental health treatment utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and solution focused therapy.
Ms. Breitbeil has a holistic approach to care which includes a special personal interest in nutrition, exercise, and a wellness lifestyle. She specializes in working with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss. She also treats individuals needing stress management, coping skills and mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
In her spare time, Mona can be found on the local hiking trails enjoying the outdoors. She has training as a yoga teacher and massage therapist and is a long-time meditator.
