As humans we all face challenges and many of us face trauma that has an impact on us throughout our entire lives causing depression, anxiety, PTSD and other various mental health concerns. These concerns can be the things that hold us back from living our life fully or being able to create a life we believe is worth living. In my practice with clients, I attempt to help people discover a way for themselves to find health, move forward and start thriving instead of surviving.
Together we will talk about the things in your life that are currently not working or going well and work on creating a plan to help you identify what barriers we need to work on finding ways around along with what tools and skills you need to be successful.
With each of my clients I try to work with them as individuals to help them feel seen within the world and validated in their experiences. I take a more conversational approach with my clients to help them gain insight and make discoveries about themselves and help them start living up to their own values.
