As far as the staff that sets appointments they were fine. I'm a little concerned with the staff turnover. I was just connecting with my therapist and my psychiatrist they both left. I was late 1 minute after the 15 min grace due to traffic.I was asked to reschedule my appointment because my therapist had left for lunch. I did reschedule but it had to be a telemed appointment. I really wanted to meet her in person but accepted. But we shall see.
