Israil Steen, LMSW

Israil Steen is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2009. She studied Social Policy and Practice at the University of Chicago, Crown Family School of Social Work.

Israil likes to meet clients where they are. She is able to help them to identify what they are struggling with and use their time together to identify how to decrease their struggles and problem solve. Israil is an active listener and has had several experiences that allow her to connect easily with clients and create a safe space where they can feel heard and supported.

Outside of work, Israil likes to spend time outdoors during all four seasons. She can be found having fun, traveling the country, and engaging in sporting activities with her 3 tween children.
