Heath Stratton, Therapist

Heath Stratton, M.Ed., LPCC

Heath Stratton helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults throughout Ohio navigate emotional challenges, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting mental wellness. At LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment where patients can explore their concerns, identify personal strengths, and work toward meaningful change. Heath believes that every person deserves compassionate care tailored to their unique experiences and goals.

Heath specializes in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. He understands how these challenges can affect relationships, school performance, work, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. Through a patient-centered approach, he works alongside individuals to develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build confidence in navigating life’s difficulties.

His therapeutic style combines evidence-based practices with genuine empathy and understanding. Heath utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions to help patients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, manage stress, and create healthier ways of responding to challenges. In addition to his primary areas of focus, he has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, grief, and men’s mental health concerns, while also addressing a variety of other emotional and behavioral health needs.

Heath has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals involved in adoption and foster care systems, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military service members and veterans. He values creating an inclusive, respectful space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Since beginning his clinical practice in 2020, Heath has remained committed to helping individuals achieve greater emotional balance and personal growth. He recognizes that seeking therapy can be a significant step and strives to make the process approachable, supportive, and effective for every patient he serves.

Outside of his professional work, Heath enjoys traveling and collecting memorable experiences through photographs with celebrities. His appreciation for new experiences and connections reflects the curiosity and openness he brings to his work with patients.
