As a mental health professional, I have worked with clients from a variety of ethnic, cultural and social economical backgrounds. I am experienced in both individual and group counseling. Approach to Treatment: I use an integrative therapeutic approach to treatment. I believe that this approach provides the therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each client. Hobbies/Interests: I love spending time with my family and loved ones. I am very inquisitive; I am always striving to learn something new. In my free time, if I am not being educated, I am writing poetry. The most precious self-care technique I use is meditation with mindfulness incorporated.
