Join our supportive group where teens come together to build confidence, share experiences, and learn new ways to manage the ups and downs of adolescence.

Group Focus:

In this group, female teens will:
• Explore and improve self-esteem in a safe, nonjudgmental environment
• Connect with others who understand what they’re going through
• Learn healthy coping strategies and communication skills
• Discover how to feel more confident and empowered in daily life
• Discuss challenges like:
– Bullying (in person or online)
– Social media pressure
– Friendship and family conflicts
– Anxiety, depression, and eating concerns

This group is a place for female teens to feel seen, heard, and supported. Let’s work together to build a stronger sense of self—because everyone deserves to feel good about who they are.

Participants: Female teens ages 13 to 17 who may struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, bullying, self-esteem, and more

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Illinois
