The whole experience was scary for me before I came there. I didn't know what to expect. The staff was polite the waiting space was quiet.Ms Lindsey is God sent. Her soft voice but yet direct was what I needed.She listened without judgment and I felt comfortable. She interacted with me making my experience such an easy space for me to be heard even by myself. I'm so thankful for her allowing me the opportunity to vent release cry and get understanding of myself.I was losing it and she has grounded me to feel what I feel but to go through those feelings .It's alot I can say but the one thing is .I'm thankful for learning a better me and not to except just anything from people because I'm important as well. Thanks again .I look forward to my journey.

I moved back to NY in 2022 due to a divorce and my mental health was at risk. I am divorce, single mom with three kids and boy oh boy I needed help. My family was here but I needed professional help and someone that wouldn’t judge me. I am glad I called Lifestance and my therapist Shirley Bernard has continued to help me organize my thoughts and overall emotional wellness, continued to provide a safe space to share my life ups and downs, continued to make me feel better than I ever felt after every session, and continued to motivate and encourage to find ME again! She is more than a therapist. She is professional, experienced, on time, and love what she does. It shows every time ! I am blessed that she is my therapist!

So far so good I've only been with Dr Smith for a few weeks but I do feel quite better being able to have somebody who is professional and definitely maintains a strict level of confidence. I find this service to be a number 10 in my book as far as helping a person in therapy. I guess you should check back in a few more weeks for me tobe able to see how I feel. I have been trying to get a therapist for quite a few years and trust me it is definitely an adventure to have to find somebody who listens without judgment and you feel comfortable with. So far I find life sense to be a lifesaver when it comes to taking my insurance and finding somebody who definitely fits what I'm looking for.

Great experience with Jeffrey Sobel. He listens, understands, and provides effective tools to frame a positive mindset. Jeff provides a safe space to discuss topics that are weighing down on me. He has been especially helpful in assisting me with negative self thought, stress, and anxiousness when it comes to my career. He has also been very helpful in making more positive connections in my personal relationships. His technique and approach has been especially useful for me during a stressful shift in my working life and in my personal life. He took the time to get to know me and recalls previous conversations accurately. I would highly recommend him.

LifeStance’s health services have been very effective for me over the last 5 years. The LifeStance health personnel have always been professional, courteous and respectful. I would gladly continue to use them for my health care needs if my health insurance would pay them for services rendered. But unfortunately, my health insurance has not paid them since the first of the year, so I don’t blame them for dropping my account.
