Her CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) services and professionalism have really helped us. She is kind and a great listener. She has kept what we tell her private. Additionally, she has a very soothing voice. We used to see her in person in Frankfort, but now we generally talk to her over the phone, very rarely going into the office. She has watched my son grow through some difficult years and has helped him through his struggles and applauded him during his wins. She has helped him all the way into adulthood. She has helped me cope through very difficult medical diagnoses. I highly suggest her as your therapist. She has a very welcoming spirit and takes good care of you. I thank her for her years of help in the past and into the future. Now I have to remove a star for Lifestance because of this: On the billing side of Lifestance, I can no longer call and get someone to answer the phone. I always have to leave a message on the phone or online portal and get a call or message back - which is upsetting. It takes them days to respond. They have to change their quality of billing response times and answer the phone or emails more promptly.
