I had Katie singer as my therapist who was such a light she did a lot of emdr therapy with me and was the first therapist to help me overcome a lot of my ptsd. She was kind, honest, personable, human, wonderful, and put her whole heart into helping me. I left because I moved not for any reason of hers. She is an absolute wonderful therapist I highly recommend and really wanted to give her some credit for how hard she fought for me. I saw her every week and she got me through some of worst times of my life. I have never had such effective therapy in my life than with Katie singer. I wish her the best and miss her deeply. We found humor and empathy. She’s so smart and didn’t just listen but also help point out big patterns in my life. The emdr therapy was absolutely life changing and so effective. I actually do my appointments by video, because I live far off. So all my booking for these online appointments are done online and/or over the phone. All the preparations have been Very streamline and smooth. They are very efficient about sending the necessary online links to my phone, which makes everything so much more efficient and easy to follow up on. I've never liked having to deal with pre recorded phone answering services because it is slow and inconvenient. So because Lifestance has streamlined everything to there website is very helpful for me. No worries though, for those who are not comfortable on the computer they still use phone services for booking as well. Very content using their services! Thankyou

My therapist Katie singer is just a lifesaver. I’ve never found anyone that has been able to speak to me the way that she can and get through to me the way that she can. I’ve been in therapy with different therapists since I was in middle school. Even at 49 years old she still is able to ‘get’ me. And she also gives amazing tools that I can use when I’m away from the our sessions.

I've lost 4 family members in the last 17 months and the grief had become unbearable at times! For the 1st time in my life at 62 years old, I needed help. Dr. Henckel was just tremendous listening and advising me with a plan going forward. I think finally I can get some semblance of closure in the future. Highly recommend!!

This place changed my life. I was lost for 40 years with wrong diagnosis from multiple practices. This place took me and got me correctly diagnosed with bipolar and got me on the right meds and my life has vastly improved for the better. Can not say enough nice things about this place
