I’m happy there is the option of doing telehealth visits instead of in-person since for me it’s a whole process to get to places in-person. I’m either late or I get anxiety or both. Telehealth visits make it so much easier to be on time, comfortable in my own home, and talk easier. Staff are great and never make me feel like I’m an inconvenience or that I’m weird or talk too much.

Excellent ability to get appointments. Reliable, very qualified providers. Helpful ancillary staff. I could not find a psychiatrist taking patients in 2 states I lived in and lifestance was there for me in each state. I can sleep at night knowing I am in good hands...great organization!!!!

Wonderful care and fairly easy to book. During my last telehealth visit, the call dropped and it was a little difficult to log back in. Switching to Zoom may help, which I know is in the works. Very satisfied otherwise.
