~ Updated Review ~ I originally had left a 1 star review after months of issues with billing and being overcharged for sessions, but now that it’s been fixed I want to update my review. Anyway, to start I really enjoyed getting therapy here! The staff here are so sweet and I really enjoyed coming here every week! The environment is clean, welcoming, and calming. I went to Lisa and she really made me feel like someone that actually mattered, she listened and always had a cheery smile for me when I needed one. So thankful I found her! I will say to pay attention to your bills and don’t wait to address any problems as customer service is very hard to get ahold of and it takes a lot of time to get things fixed if you don’t get in touch with the right people. Special thanks to Vicky for all her help getting the issues I had straightened out! You definitely made my experience so much better!

I've been seeing Dr. Tara Livingston for a few years now and she's genuinely the best psychiatrist I've ever had. I had a really bad experience with my last psychiatrist so I was really reluctant to see a new one, but Dr. Livingston has renewed my trust in psychiatrists. I usually do online appointments through video call which is extremely convenient but it is required you see them in person at least once a year. The times I've been in the office were lovely as well. They have pride flags around the waiting room and the receptionists were extremely sweet. I felt so safe the moment I stepped in, which is huge for me as I have agoraphobia and have a massive fear of strangers. Highly, highly recommend this place, and especially Dr. Livingston!

I see both a psychiatrist and therapist and they both have changed my life for the better. I don’t think I would still be here if it weren’t both of them. So easy to make an appointment and to be able to reach out to the doctor when needed. They actually care about what’s going with you and don’t try to rush through the appointment. If you’re doubting making an appointment, how I was in the beginning. JUST DO IT. I never thought I’d get out of my depression or get on the right medications until I came here.

Dr Noble is great!!!! That is the only reason they get a 5 ⭐️!!! Receptionist is always kind; however, I have had many issues with the billing department. The stellar counseling makes up for the issues with the billing department.
