My psychiatric provider's office became part of LifeStance in 2021. I was seeing my old provider for about 15 years. So, I expected the same level of care: 20 minutes for your first appointment, then 10 minutes for almost all following appointments, just enough for a few questions, then you get your prescription. But, I am extremely pleasantly surprised! I've been seeing my provider (telehealth) for almost a year now. My provider always listens closely, and asks me lots of questions to get a sense of my progress and to see if the medications that she prescribes are fitting with who I am. I was shocked a couple of weeks ago when I got off my computer after 50 (yes, fifty) minutes of discussions back and forth! In addition to getting a sense of who I am and keeping track of my progress, my provider has a wealth of knowledge about medications, interactions with medications, and new information that becomes available. When I first started with my provider, I noticed that she is a nurse practitioner (PMHNP), as opposed to my previous provider, a psychiatrist (MD). She seems to know so much more than my psychiatrist ever knew, or ever shared with me! Additionally, the office is very responsive and personable. I can keep in touch with my provider online, or with a phone call to (and from) my provider's personal assistant. My experience with LifeStance is excellent.

Angela Kodakian Therepist Has given me some freedom from My own issues and issues others address me with. Lots of code talking on others part to me that I have no clue what it all is suppose to mean Angela is making me realize that maybe just maybe I'm not suppose to know what it all means. For me to keep being the best I could be and continue therepy while living a good life Angela has helped me tremendously Brie at the front desk also very nice and helpful. I'm fully satisfied just for today with my therepy @ LIFE STANCE and look forward to continue working with Angela Kodakian. Love respect Johnny Sims

I’ve been coming to lifestance health for about 2 or 3 years now. I’ve been seeing my therapist, Jennifer Hammond consistently. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She has help me with my struggles by being patient and honest with me, and telling me exactly what I needed to hear in the kindest way possible, which was definitely needed. By seeing her every two weeks she has taught me how to set boundaries and keep myself accountable, which is greatly appreciated. She reminds me that finding peace and healing isn’t a marathon but it’s a journey. I’m very grateful for her to be my therapist.

Finally after 4 psychologists since my return to my place in Philly that Dec., 2019, I found the help I need with a keeper therapist who understands my issues and reinforces my coping methods with my present issues and a psychiatric nurse practitioner who educates me about my meds and gets the doses I need by listening to me for my anxiety and insomnia after a traumatic decade. I wish I had known about Life Sciences 6 yrs ago when I retired back in my native state and condo in this great walking city of brotherly love! I’m feeling so much better with their professional support!

I have never had such a positive experience accessing and establishing care before. The operators were incredibly kind and helpful. I was connected with a therapist for an appointment two days later and a psychiatrist within the next three weeks. People are often dissuaded from pursuing mental health resources because of this first step of establishing care. LifeStance made it very easy.

Therapy can be a hard thing to bring yourself to do. Sometimes, it can be a not so good experience, making you feel even more withdrawn and alone. Finding the right therapist or psychiatrist can be a crap shoot. Lifestance has been a godsend for me. I was matched with an amazing therapist who helped me beyond words and a psychiatrist that truly listens to me and cares.
