Surprisingly my experience with life stance Santa Monica has been much better than in Santa Barbara. It was easy to get set up with a new psychiatrist. Their offices here are beautiful, but I mostly visit virtually which is easier for scheduling. I trust my psychiatrist, who has been great to work with - he's responsive and proactive.

Leah has been great. I have fully opened up to her and feel like I have gotten somewhere largely due to her non-judgmental aura. The Lifestance model is efficient. Much of what you need to do can be done on the site or with an easy phone call. Appointments can be managed from the text confirmation you get with each appointment created. Lifestance is not a source for emergencies situations or any urgent needs FYI
