I like LifeStance for how convenient it is to select a therapist and /or psychiatrist. You can review their experience and other patient reviews to help you choose who will be the best to meet your specific needs. I've been working with Dr. Correia and Julia Lundenberg (excuse me if I misspelled her last name) since early 2025. They helped prevent my past medical history from spiraling and getting worse. They are so empathetic, supportive, and patient. I only need to meet with Dr. Correia every other month but I meet with Julia every week. She's my "sanity angel". She has helped me with improving my awful sleep habits, appreciate my many blessings, and continues to help me embrace the humor in even the most stressful and dark times of my life. She's such a bright and positive part of my week. I missed an appointment recently because of another medical situation and it seemed like my life was starting to unravel without her being my "center". Both Dr. Correia and Julia are vital for maintaining my mental health and I feel like I would be lost without them. The only reason I subtracted a star is because of the inefficiencies with their IT and billing. The check in process has recently required check ins be done 3-4 times each week. So annoying!! And the billing department will request payments or show balances that are inaccurate. Julia always does what she can to help with both issues. I would highly recommend LifeStance. It's extremely difficult to find mental health professionals who you can trust and genuinely connect with, but LifeStance makes it much easier.

I am so grateful for the care I've received from Dr. Silver. She is very thorough in asking prompting questions to gain a full understanding of my mental health conditions, and then explains them in a way that I, too, can understand. Most of our sessions are conveniently short and quick to the point when everything is stable, with nothing new to report, but when something new has arisen, Dr. Silver takes all the time and care needed to assess my symptoms, and offers me more explanation and awareness of myself. She's very kind, friendly, approachable, and professional.

I had used life stance in Santa Barbara for many years, so when I moved to Santa Monica it was an easy decision to use Life stance Santa Monica. Surprisingly my experience with life stance Santa Monica has been much better than in Santa Barbara. It was easy to get set up with a new psychiatrist. Their offices here are beautiful, but I mostly visit virtually which is easier for scheduling. I trust my psychiatrist, who has been great to work with - he's responsive and proactive.

Leah has been great. I have fully opened up to her and feel like I have gotten somewhere largely due to her non-judgmental aura. The Lifestance model is efficient. Much of what you need to do can be done on the site or with an easy phone call. Appointments can be managed from the text confirmation you get with each appointment created. Lifestance is not a source for emergencies situations or any urgent needs FYI

Honestly amazing! I was never on hold for longer than 5mins, the woman who set up my appointment was so kind and helped me find the right person to see. I saw Leah Silver in Santa Monica and she was PHENOMENAL. She spent an entire hour with me, really learning about me, so she could find the best ways to help me. She was so kind and fun, super knowledgeable, and just a complete gem! 💎

LifeStance is a great service. The online platform is easy to use and has 100's of providers to choose from. My doctor is VERY knowledgeable and patient. She understands my individual needs and has been an awesome person in my mental health journey. I've recommended this service to many of my friends.
