My provider, Dr. Lacsina is great. The platform not always so much. I pre-registered days in advance and confirm all of my personal information, and it has me re-enter it to enter the waiting room and pay first. There’s a lot of redundancy in the process. At least it seems some of the notifications function has been fixed. Because I’ve had several instances in the password. It does not send any reminder text. It does not have a functionality to add the appointment to your calendar so this has a place to click to add, but then is unable to do so. I have advertently missed appointment for the aforementioned reasons. I can highly recommend the providers, but think the portal is crap. So five star for the provider and to best for the interface.

I am so glad I found LifeStance to help me with my medication needs while on my self improvement journey. It was easy to make an appointment, is covered by my insurance and I was connected with Tiffani Ordonez, Psych NP. She is so kind and compassionate and was able to get me on the best antidepressant combo for me. I was suffering from anxiety and depression associated with perimenopause and I feel like a new person! I am so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety and depression.

I’ve been seeing my psychiatrist at LifeStance since February 2024, and honestly it’s been such a positive experience. Over the past year they’ve helped me a lot. I feel heard, supported, and like we’re actually making progress together. It’s been the best care I’ve had, and I really appreciate how consistent and understanding they’ve been. I definitely recommend them.

Dr. King is excellent and very knowledgeable. She is focused and thoughtful and her energy is positive and healing. I am grateful to have found Dr. King. A great balance of evidence based practice with human intuition make the healing experience possible. Compassionate care and thoughtful inquiry is supportive of my growth. the actual psychiatrists here are amazing and really great to work with however lifestance has failed to reach out to customers when their website changed and gives no warning that there is a payment fee for missing appointments. all said psychiatrist dr jonathan strohl has been so wonderful and helped me so much. highly recommend

Grateful for the telehealth services being offered. The portal is mostly easy to use and can manage appointments and communicate with providers or office staff. I don't always love the process for how they send links for appointments, I'd prefer to have it a little bit more in advance, but it's not that big of a deal.
