With a shortage of local therapists and psychiatrists I turned to looking online. I was ecstatic to find LifeStance takes my insurance and there was virtually no wait to get my first appointments for therapy and psychiatry once I completed the paperwork which was a breeze to complete electronically. I have been blessed to have therapy with Stephanie Thompson and psychiatry with David Wright. It’s helpful to have them in the same organization as coordinating care can be very beneficial. It has been a very uplifting experience and I am grateful for receiving the support I need. I have PTSD, anxiety and depression as well as having recent life circumstances that have been extremely challenging to put it mildly. I feel the care I am receiving from my providers has been very helpful and engaging and has put me in a much better space. I have been able to improve without being hospitalized which for me personally is a huge relief. If you are considering therapy and/or a psychiatrist, I highly recommend giving LifeStance a call. Some need only short term to get through a hard period of time in life, some need long term support. Either way, I highly recommend giving LifeStance a go. They have top notch providers that are very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, supportive and professional. As an added bonus, they have telehealth appointments and a great patient portal to keep track of appointments, message providers when needed, request refills that your provider provides (psychiatry), upload documents required (insurance ID cards etc) and ask questions to other departments needed such as billing etc. It’s really one of the best patient portals I’ve ever used in design, layout, functionality and simplicity.

I have a psychologist and a psychiatrist through lifestance. Over 6 months ago I was in a low place. I have BPD ADHD and Trauma. Once I took the step to make a appt, I got one right away and was able to stay home and get my therapy that way- I'm in a much better place and I have access to them 24 hours a day. I've never felt judged or not understood. My medication is helping me again in life coupled with sessions to help my mental health. I'm very grateful I found this place❤️

I have been a client at Lifestance about 6 weeks. My experience has been positive each of my 5 visits so far. The atmosphere is peaceful and I look forward to talking with my counselor and I enjoy sharing my issues with her. She is professional and puts me in a good place of understanding my issues and her feed back is concise and helpful. I would recommend this place of business for anyone seeking therapy.

Dr. Scott and Dr. Garza are excellent providers. I feel heard. If you're looking for some help with mental health life skills, Garza, or medication management, Scott, you've found the right place. No provider can meet the expectations of all clients, but these two are really doing it for me. I recommend them both. I hope that if you are in need of help you keep on looking for the right fit for you.

Very helpful therapist, very informative and makes me feel like I can open up to discuss my issues. Provides feedback and guidance on how to deal with the issues. Elizabeth Colton is fantastic therapist and I thoroughly enjoy working with her. She’s a therapist who listens to your needs and addresses them and works with you by coaching you and giving you multiple ideas on how to improve upon what you’re looking to do.
