This LifeStance has helped me immensely over the past two years after leaving my previous psych provider. I originally went to Dr. Carr for med management. He’s wonderful. Super knowledgeable and made sure I understood the ways he hoped his plans would help me. The Spravato RN, Emily is on top of everything when I’m there. She always gets me back quickly and takes time to talk to her patients and get to know them despite it not actually being necessary in her role. Really fun and easy person to talk to which is really appreciated during my Spravato sessions. I ended up switching providers to Levi after I started Spravato. I’ve seen him for a bit over six months. He truly has gone above and beyond with me multiple times, he explains things really well, and super open to discussion if I mention I’m not sure if his current plan is the best for me. He has taken extra time to make sure my prior authorization gets approved even though they have people for that. He doesn’t mind when I make an extra appointment. Remembers a lot about me like my work schedule and tries to loop what’s going on in my life actively when discussing med management. It’s really not just getting a random prescription for another SSRI like other psychiatric practices in the area. Overall, everybody at this LifeStance has been wonderful for me. Ashley at the front desk is great. The MA (sorry I don’t remember your name 😭) who gets my vitals and weight before appointments is quick and thorough as well. I’m extremely glad I switched to here. They’re all kind, caring, and they remember random little things about me that really helps me feel comfortable.

#1 don’t ever leave you card on file. They WILL drop into your account whenever at whatever amount they come up with at that time. I had four different charges in one week from them causing me to get an eviction notice. #2 The price per session before deductibles are met. Make sure you ask questions. It’s astronomical to be honest. #3 the staff on Mingo is wonderful, and I can’t say enough about Dr Brandon Carr. He is the best, and has the kindest smile. Very personable, and listens. He takes you serious, but can also joke around. He is a reason to seek help.

While I am not a therapy client, I want to share how exceptional Mrs. Rackers is as a person and professional. She is an amazing listener who truly goes above and beyond for the people in her life. I had a great session with a psychiatrist Dr.Carr he was very efficient and helpful with my needs. I was unsure about new medications that I could take to manage my anxiety on a better level, but he reassured me! He was able to give me alternatives and helpful with other factors that could contribute to my stressors. He help “walked” me through my assessment and intake process with a hospitality and professionalism that made me feel welcome and seen. I’m grateful to be able to start my journey with LifeStance and receive the support I need.

My five star is for Dr. Rachel. She’s patient so kind she makes you feel like you’re her only patient. She is the only reason I continue to be a patient here I’ve had so many problems with the front office and billing department and then I’m told it’s a constant miss out there, but the doctor is great so you have to look around the staff and remember the real reason why you’re there just hope there’s no mixup with your co-pay bill because if it is, you’re in big trouble

Miranda Rackers is an amazing therapist. She is always punctual and very flexible, which makes scheduling and attending sessions easy and stress-free. She has a kind heart and is genuinely caring and supportive. She is also very communicative and helpful, making it easy to feel heard and understood. The office staff has been equally wonderful—helpful, communicative, and great at scheduling. I truly can’t recommend this practice enough.
