Alexis M. Jette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2022. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College and a Masters in Social Work from Simmons University. Alexis approaches all of her clients through a strengths-based perspective that is tailored to their individual needs. She has specific expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Alexis also draws from a variety of modalities including dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and prolonged exposure therapy.
