Alyssa Nagengast, LCSW, is committed to helping individuals with an array of mental health needs. Alyssa earned an undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College and an MSW from Simmons University. She works with teens and adults struggling with a variety of challenges, including trauma, interpersonal relationships and communication, and LGBTQIA needs. In therapy, Alyssa uses CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Art Therapy, and other techniques to help clients achieve goals.
