Brody Shelstad is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Master of Arts in Applied Child and Adolescent Development – Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.

Brody believes in an eclectic approach that focuses on supporting each person, partnership or family based on their uniqueness and needs. She works in partnership with her clients to help them meet their goals and help them live a happy and healthy life. Some of her main areas of focus include family work, working with children & their parents and focus on interpersonal relationships.

In her spare time, Brody enjoys spending time with her family, including her 2 rescue dogs, and enjoying Colorado’s scenery.
