Christine is a Licensed Associate Counselor, who has been practicing since 2013. She graduated from Seton Hall University with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. Christine believes in a person-centered approach to therapy, an empathetic approach that empowers and motivates individuals to reach their potential. Christine also strongly believes in a mindfulness-based approach, encouraging clients to experience themselves and their feelings in the present. She often utilizes mindfulness-based CBT to address anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Christine works with both individuals and couples, and provides a safe and compassionate space for addressing present concerns and healing past trauma. In her spare time, Christine enjoys hiking, walking for meditation, spending time in the outdoors, and engaging in physical or athletic activities. She also loves spending time with her family, especially playing with her niece and nephew.
