About David Jenkins (He/Him)
Dr. Jenkins specializes in providing psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults using a therapeutic orientation centered primarily in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). His work focuses on mindfulness based practices which help to better understand each person’s situation while developing the behavioral skills needed to manage their unique mental health needs. He also prioritizes building a relatable, collaborative working relationship early on with each patient.
