Emily is THE best therapist I have seen in the 30+ years I have been getting therapy. I've always just gone for a few weeks to other therapists, we deal with my issue and I'm done. Emily is different. It's hard to explain...she gets you to "feel" what you are feeling!! Most therapist, when they say "...and how does that make you feel," made me feel like I had to second guess myself, that my feelings were wrong. Emily's approach is so different...again, it's hard to explain. The EMDR sessions!!! I could not fathom how that worked. It seemed ridiculous. But she was soooo patient and knew exactly how to explain it, how to let my body tell me what I was feeling and how to explain it to her. In less than 6 months...the longest I have ever stayed in therapy...I was able to work through my trauma and PTSD!! I still get anxious about the trauma, but I now "truly believe" that I am okay and that I survived and I will survive if it happens again!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Emily!!! You are the best!!!

Emily by far has provided the best therapy sessions I have encountered. Her approach without a doubt has been different from any of the experiences I have had with other therapists. On day one she completed an evaluation and provided a comprehensive treatment plan to help with my complications that would help with getting life balance and normalcy. The tools she provides are effective but you have to do your part for them to work. Depending on your journey in mental health this can be a difficult task but she provides encouragement to help you meet your goals. Her professionalism, unbiased feed back, and attentiveness is extraordinary. She has helped me regain faith in therapy which I lost due to past experiences. I highly recommend Emily for therapy services and give her an additional 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ due to the extent of satisfaction I have been receiving thus far.
