Erica welcomes you into a caring atmosphere where you can feel comfortable being yourself without judgment. It’s a space where you can speak freely to develop and increase self-awareness, while also being treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Your concerns will be taken seriously. You’ll experience encouragement and laughter throughout your healing journey. You’ll be considered the expert in and of your life.

Depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, distorted thinking, habits, low self-esteem, bullying, grief and loss, and substance use, misuse, abuse, and addiction are some of the areas that Erica can help her clients process through. Erica starts with a client-centered approach, meeting her client’s where they are, and working from there to utilize additional techniques and modalities that fit her client’s individual needs, including active listening, validation, normalization, encouragement, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, internal family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Erica earned a Master’s of Addiction in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. She has worked with various populations, including adolescents, older adults, incarcerated persons, and those in crisis.
