Gerald Bentley is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri who has been practicing since 2013. He received his Master’s degree in School and Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University.

Gerald works to build a safe and caring therapeutic relationship through a client centered approach. He strives to facilitate growth, self-awareness, and healing. He is a culturally competent therapist and a LGBTQIA ally that understands the importance of bringing cultural differences into the therapeutic process. Gerald is committed to learning and uses he knowledge to work with clients of a variety of backgrounds. He uses reality therapy and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to assist clients in addressing behavior issues and mood disorders.

Outside of work, Gerald enjoys football, basketball, hockey, and baseball. He also enjoys photography. Gerald is a reader and reads both fiction and nonfiction. He has recently become a fan of crime dramas. Lastly, Gerald enjoys the theater and movies.
