Ivy uses cognitive behavioral therapy to explore the relationship between thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Her areas of specialty include: anxiety associated with vocational, familial, and relational stress; life changes, including aging, retirement, divorce, marriage, mixing families, and trauma; panic disorders, depression, LGBTQ+, neurodiversity, and adjustment disorders.
