Jeannette has been practicing with her Masters in Social Work for over 30 years. She graduated in 1988 from Wayne State university.
Jeannette is passionate in helping individuals become successful in navigating through the challenges and struggles in life. Her goal is to provide a safe non-judgemental place for clients to feel comfortable in exploring past and present issues which take away from daily happiness. Jeannette is client centered focusing on what you feel is important to work on. Change can be hard and scarey. Jeannette utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivotional Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Mindfulness Therapy, and Reality Therapy. Jeannette enjoys working with adults in the areas of womens issues,
depression, anxiety, self esteem, stress management, adjustment issues, domestic violence and trauma related issues.
Jeannette enjoys spendig time with her adult children and friends. She enjoys hiking, concerts, art festivals, travel, and a good Mexican restaurant.
