Jeff Sobel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who has been practicing since 2010, working with children, teens, and adults in schools and mental health centers. Jeff started out working with adults and his recent experience has been focused on a pediatric population, helping children and teens. However, his approach has been effective with adults as well. Jeff’s aim is to help guide one towards positive emotional and cognitive growth, while allowing for acceptance and understanding.
