Jen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. She focuses on treating each client as an individual to collaboratively address the thoughts and behaviors that make you feel stuck. Jen provides individual therapy to an adult population using CBT, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches. Particular areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
