Jodi Bruce, LMFT

I am a licensed therapist who specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma and eating disorders. I practice from a Dialectal Behavioral, Cognitive-Behavioral and Family Systems Therapies to fit the needs of each individual. I value a collaborative and transparent approach with my clients. I value the work together to be straightforward, empathetic and meaningful. I enjoy including my personality and humor into the therapeutic relationship.

I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. My work in the last decade has given me experience in a variety of clinical settings including residential treatment, outpatient and private practice. I have worked with individuals who suffer with chronic mental illness, teen and young adult population, those who suffer with addiction and their families and with individuals struggling with eating and co-occurring disorders. I have years of experience helping clients with self-esteem, trauma, stress management, major life transitions and relationship issues.

My passion for this work includes the honor of being witness to the journey of those who seek to overcome their barriers to identify a different and better way to live their lives and reach a greater potential. The space we create together is one of acceptance, honesty and compassion.
