Jonathon Keck, LPC

Jon Keck is a licensed professional counselor (LCP), who has been practicing since 2019. He graduated from Lincoln Christian University in Lincoln, IL with a Master of Arts in 
 Clinical Mental Health and is currently in the sex therapy certification program through Adler University.

Jon believes it is important to create a safe and secure environment where individuals and couples are comfortable sharing the concerns of their heads and hearts. He utilizes a person-centered approach to therapy, integrating other appropriate evidence-based treatment modalities based on your needs. He has been trained in trauma-related therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jon has also completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses Gottman principles and techniques in his work regarding relationships. He is Safe Zone® trained and allied with LGBTQIA+ and black/brown communities.

In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife who he has been with for over 20 years, and their three children. He enjoys staying physically active, spending time in nature, and has recently gotten interested in anime.
