She has a passion to serve those who have experienced trauma from combat. Her life journey began in Illinois and Pennsylvania where she was raised. She was stationed in California, Texas, and Maryland. She has also lived in Florida, North Carolina, and Michigan. She became a Christian in 1976 while performing in a musical called Godspell. Her love for theater and God has never left her. She has created dramas for foreign and domestic mission trips and has written a full musical play. Serving on the mission field has taken her to Brazil, England, Wales, the Bahamas, and Guatemala. All of these experiences have given her access to a large depository of information from which to draw empathy and the ability to relate to a wide variety of human experience. She also enjoys spending time with her seven children, two grandchildren, and five grand fur babies. They love walking, singing, music, and dancing together. In summary, she loves exploring this wonderful planet with the people she loves, making memories to last a lifetime.
