Kate Sheskey is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2017. She graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Kate takes a client-centered approach when working with individuals while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
