I am a psychotherapist who has worked in the mental health field since 2010 and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I work with individual ages 18+ and have experience and specialty training in working with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and eating disorders. I have experience working in all levels of care including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and individual outpatient therapy; including in a school setting. I often take a behavioral approach to treatment, while using other treatment modalities that fit the individual’s needs. I have taken coursework through the Eating Disorder Certificate Program at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University out of Minnesota, and obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in psychology. In my free time, I am often outdoors exploring a new hiking trail, camping, spending time with my dogs or reading.
